Yes! We are always welcoming new pets to our HSVS family but our availability is limited in order to be able to provide our clients with the best care possible. Please call, email or text to inquire about availability.
Upon arriving to Holland Street veterinary Clinic you will be greeted by one of our client care representatives who will then notify your exam room RVT or ACA of your arrival. They will then weight your pet and escort you to your exam room. Once you are in an exam room they will take a medical history, current concerns and reason for your visit. This information will be relayed to the Veterinarian who will join you in the room shortly to examine your pet.
A physical exam of your pet will be performed including but not limit to chest auscultation, oral, eye and ear exam, limb and abdominal palpation. It is a legal requirement for a Veterinarian to establish a Veterinary-patient-client relationship prior to providing any medication advice or treatment and this must be maintained yearly with your pets' Annual exam.

If your pet is experiencing an emergency please call ahead prior to showing up at the clinic, if possible. There are certain emergencies that should be seen at an emergency hospital rather than our family practice.
Please note that we require a 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment, we have a missed appointment fee of $50.00 + tax that will be applied to your account.
We require payment at the end of each appointment or prior to ordering a special order medication/food. We offer Debit, Credit and E-transfer.
Our fees are based off of the Ontario Veterinary Medical association fee guide and allow us to employ educated staff and maintain our facility and equipment.
We do our best to provide an estimate for every visit to avoid surprises.
